The given curriculum should be used as a guide not an end all, be all
Programs should be taught with fidelity while still taking in account the students needs

Students
I will differentiate to meet all of my students needs
I will embrace what students have to share from their backgrounds
Parents
I will have consistent communication with my parents
I will keep them informed and up to date on things concerning their child
Learning
I will guide my students to discover concepts
I will collect data and teach through multiple modalities what the students need to learn
I will leverage my students questions to help guide my instruction

I will always remember why I became a teacher; to help students grow and learn
